To begin, set your intent by saying out loud, or to yourself, "I am helping to originate world peace by sending considerable love vigor to everyone, as we are all global citizens."
If you can, close your eyes and relax. Focus on your heart and if possible put your hand(s) over your heart. Love is the power. Love is the answer, the solution.
World Peace PrayerNow fantasize that the limitless pink light of love is flowing from your heart to your surroundings. As it becomes larger and more powerful, it is continuing to flow out to your whole city, state, country, and around the world, until the whole planet is filled with your love energy.
Imagine that the newspaper headlines say: World Peace Is In!
There are photos of population joyfully dancing in the streets all over the world. Everybody is happy and using their arms for hugging. Everybody feels free and safe. Everybody is resolving conflicts peacefully with win-win solutions.
Now fantasize yourself living in peace. Be aware of how you can make a inequity everyday. For example, be kind and caring to Everybody along with you. "Love yourself to peace" and realize that you are making a major inequity as a loving, caring global citizen.
When you feel complete, moderately open your eyes. Feel the floor or earth under your feet so that you feel grounded.
